2 lb Ground meat 15 oz Can tomato sauce
1 tb Oil 1 qt Water
3 tb Chili powder 1/4 ts Salt
Brown the meat slowly in the oil. Add the tomato sauce and water, and
simmer for one hour. Add the chili powder and salt and simmer for a
half hour. Serve in bowls.
This is based on the Bolner Family San Antonio Chili recipe.
