Cooking Preparation of the Recipe:
1 1/2 lb Tomatoes; peel, seed --
-chop
12 Basil leaves
2 Anchovies -- chop
2 tb Capers
10 Black olives -- slice
Salt and pepper
1/4 c Ex-virgin olive oil
3 oz Mozzarella -- shred or
-grate
1/4 c Pecorino romano -- grate
1 lb Pasta -- cook
Mix all sauce ingredients. Add cheese to hot pasta and serve with
