Cooking Preparation of the Recipe:
16 oz Canned black beans
12 oz Salsa
1/4 c Cilantro -- chopped
1/4 ts Cumin
2 tb Lime juice
In food processor or blender, roughly chop beans (be careful not to
puree them). Stir in salsa, cilantro, cumin and lime juice. If
desired, refrigerate overnight or serve immediately. Serve with blue
corn chips or with an assortment of sliced vegetables including
jicama, zucchini, yellow squash and celery.
