Cooking Preparation of the Recipe:

2 c Black beans; canned
1/2 c Cilantro; chopped
1/4 c Red onion; chopped
1/4 c Green onion; chopped
3 tb Lemon juice
3 tb Vegetable oil
1/2 ts Cumin
1/2 c Tomatoes; chopped
Salt and pepper

This savory salsa would be good on chicken, seafood, or pork.

Mix all ingredients except tomatoes. When mixed, stir in tomatoes and
season with salt and pepper.

Personal Note: I cut the cilantro to 1/4 c. because it tends to
overpower everything else if left in the present measure. I also
added one small jalapeno pepper: chopped, and one small clove garlic;
crushed, to add a little "snap". Great dip with nacho cheese
