Cooking Preparation of the Recipe:
3/4 c Blue cheese -- crumbled 1 1/2 ts Worcestershire sauce --
3/4 c Sour cream -- divided Optional
2 tb Vegetable oil Salt and pepper to taste
1 tb Lemon juice
In a small bowl, mash blue cheese with a fork. Add 2 tablespoons sour
cream; beat until smooth. Stir in all remaining ingredients. Serve
over mixed greens. Yield: 1 cup
