2 ea Beef top loin steaks cut 1" 1/2 t Dried thyme
-thick 2 lg Baking potatoes - large (do
2 tb Olive oil -not pare), cut into 8
1 tb Red wine vinegar -lengthwise wedges
1 t Garlic salt 1 lg Red pepper, cut into 8
1 t Dried rosmary -lengthwise wedges
1/2 t Allspice
Place frozen beef top loin steaks on rack in broiler pan so surface
of meat is 4 to 5 inches from heat. Broil first side od steaks 15
minutes; turn steaks. Combine oil, vinegar, garlic salt, rosemary,
thyme, and allspice; brush on all sides of potatoes and pepper
wedges. Place peppers around steak on broiler pan; broil peppers and
second side of steaks 13-15 minutes to desired degree of doneness
(rare or medium), adding potatoes to broiler pan during last 5 to 7
minutes of broiling time. Carve steak into thick strips and serve
