1 cl Garlic; minced 1 cn (16 oz) tomato sauce
Oregano 1 cn (6 oz) tomato paste
Basil 1 tb To 2 tb sugar
Thyme 1 lb Thin spaghetti
3 tb Olive oil Parmesan cheese; freshly
1 cn (16 oz) stewed tomatoes; -grated
-drained and mashed
Saute garlic and spices in olive oil for 2 to 3 minutes. Add stewed
tomatoes, tomato sauce, and tomato paste; stir. Add sugar; stir well.
Simmer 30 minutes. While sauce is simmering, bring 4 quarts of salted
water to boil; add
spahetti and cook until firm. Drain. Serve spaghetti with sauce
on top; sprinkle with cheese.
