1 sl Bacon -- diced 1/4 lb Andouille or garlic
1 c Onions -- chopped Sausage -- sliced thin
1/2 c Green pepper -- chopped 1 c Frozen cut okra -- thaw
1 ts Garlic -- minced 1/2 ts Salt
1/8 ts Thyme 1/4 ts Pepper
1/8 ts Oregano 1 12" pizza crust
14 1/2 oz Can stewed tomatoes -- 1 1/2 c Muenster cheese -- shredded
Drain
Preheat oven to 450~. Cook bacon until just crisp. Add onions and
green pepper; cook until softened, 6 minutes. Add garlic, thyme and
oregano; cook 30 seconds. Add tomatoes, sausage, okra, salt and
pepper. Spoon on crust. Top with cheese. Bake 10 minutes. Per Slice:
335 Cal, 16 gr Fat.
