Main Ingredients:
2 egg whites
Pinch of cream of tartar
1/2 c. sugar
3/4 c. MM's
Cooking Preparation of the Recipe:
Beat egg whites with cream of tartar until foamy in a small deep bowl. Gradually beat in sugar to make a stiff meringue. Fold in MM's. Grease and flour large cookie sheet. Garnish each cookie with an MM. Bake at 250 degrees for about 30 minutes or until cookies are firm to the touch. VARIATIONS: Red and green for Christmas. Pastels for Easter.
