Cooking Preparation of the Recipe:


------------------THOUSAND ISLAND DRESSING-----------------------
1 1/2 c Mayonnaise 1 tb Lemon juice
1/2 ts Salt 1 tb Catsup
1/4 ts Black pepper 1 ts Worcestershire sauce
1 ds Red pepper 1/2 c Chili sauce

---------------------------SALAD--------------------------------
2 Tomatoes; cut in wedges - cut in strips
8 c Torn salad greens 1/2 c Cubed cooked Turkey
1/4 c Sliced green onions -=OR=- Chicken
2 Cucumbers; sliced Minced parsley
4 sl Salami or cooked ham (thin)

Combine mayonnaise, salt, black pepper, red pepper, lemon juice,
catsup, Worcestershire and chili sauce. Chill.

To make salad, toss tomatoes, greens, green onions and cucumbers
together. Place in deep salad bowl and top with salami and turkey.
Serve dressing separately in sauce bowl, sprinkled with parsley.
