Cooking Preparation of the Recipe:
1 Cantaloupe, honeydew or 1/2 c Ice water
-Crenshaw melon - or a 1/4 c Tightly packed mint leaves
-combination - peeled, 8 Ice cubes
-seeded, cut into large 2 tb Freshly squeezed lime juice
-chunks and chilled 1/8 ts Fine sea salt (opt)
From "May All Be Fed."
Put all the ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth. Serve
immediately, as the cooler will separate upon standing.
Makes about 3 1/2 cups.
