See below ingredients and instructions of the recipe
4 c Potatoes, peeled and 3/4 t Salt
-quartered -big pinch
1 sm Cauliflower, cut into 2 Tomatoes, chopped
-florets 1 1/4 c Water
-a pinch 1/2 t Garam masala
3/4 t Ground turmeric 1/2 c Wheat berries (optional)
1/2 t Chilli powder -of asafetida
1 1/2 t Ground cumin -of sugar
Add all ingredients to a crockpot and cook on low for approximately
six hours. If you're adding wheat berries, cook them on high with an
additional cup of water for an hour, then add remaining ingredients
and cook on low.
With the wheat berries, if things start drying out, add more water.
