Cooking Preparation of the Recipe:
1 c Mushrooms; sliced 1 c Cheese; shredded
2 tb Oil 4 Sun-dried tomatoes; cut into
1/2 c Pizza or tomato sauce -strips
1 lg Boboli shell or 4 small
Saute' mushrooms in oil for 2 minutes. Spread sauce on shell;
sprinkle cheese over. Top with mushrooms and tomatoes. Bake at 450
degrees for 10 minutes.
