Cooking Preparation of the Recipe:
----------------FROM: PA. RED CHERRY GROWER---------------------
1 ea 6 oz. pkg. chocolate chips 2 ts Vanilla
2 c Dried cherries 1/4 c Light corn syrup
2 tb Confectioners sugar
Combine chips and syrups in the top of a double boiler. Stir until
chocolate is melted. Remove from heat and add vanilla, sugar and
cherries. Drop by spoonfuls on a buttered cookie sheet. Chill. Yields
50 cookies. From: Lancaster Farming
