1 cn (16.5oz) pitted dark sweet
Cherries in heavy syrup,
Drained
Vegetable cooking spray
2 2/3 c (2%) lowfat milk
3/4 c Flour
1/2 c Sugar
2 ts Vanilla
1/4 ts Salt
1 Egg
1 Egg white
1/4 c Sugar
1 tb Powdered sugar
2 2/3 c Lowfat frozen vanilla
Yogurt
Place cherries in an 8" square baking dish or deep dish quich dish
sprayed with cooking spray; set side.
Combine milk, flour, sugar, vanilla, salt, egg and egg white; stir
well with wore whisk. Pour over cherries; sprinkle with 1/4 c sugar.
Bake at 375F. for 1 hour 55 minutes or until set. Dust with powdered
sugar. Serve warm; top each serving with 1/3 cup frozen yogurt.
Per serving: 234 calories, 6.2 g protein, 46.1 g carbohydrate, .4 g
fiber, 36 mg cholesterol, .8 mg iron, 141 mg sodium, 139 mg calcium.
