1 tb Olive oil 1 c Skim milk
1 c Broccoli, chopped 2 tb Parmesan cheese, grated
1 c Carrots, thinly sliced 2 c Corkscrew macaroni, cooked
1 cn Cream of celery soup 2 c Chicken, cooked, cubed
1/2 ts Garlic powder 1 ts Basil leaves, dried, crushed
In skillet, in hot oil, cook broccoli and carrots with basil and
garlic powder until tender, stirring often.
Stir in soup, milk and cheese; add macaroni and chicken. Heat
through, stirring often.
