3/4 c Water Salted -=OR=-
1/2 c NUTS OR SEEDS 1 cn (16oz) garbanzo beans,
1/4 c Flour Drained
3 tb CHICKEN STYLE SEASONING 1 1/2 c Frozen green peas
1 ts Salt 2/3 c Sliced carrot
2 1/4 c Additional water 1/2 c Chopped onion
2 c Cooked garbanzo beans,
BLEND smooth the water, nuts or seeds, flour, seasoning and salt.
Pour into saucepan. Rinse blender with additional water and pour into
saucepan. Lightly boil, stirring, about 5-10 minutes until thickened.
