Cooking Preparation of the Recipe:
1 lb Bulk mild italian sausage 1 tb Instant coffee
1 lb Ground chuck 1 tb Sugar
1 lg Yellow onion; diced 1 tb Paprika
2 Garlic cloves; minced 1 tb Oregano
1 1/2 tb Chili powder 1 ts Salt
6 oz Tomato paste 1 ts Pepper
1 1/2 c Water 1 ts Cumin
Brown sausage, ground meat, onion, and garlic in a pot. Add remaining
ingredients; bring to a boil, cover, and simmer 1 1/4 hours. Top with
grated Monterey Jack cheese and finely chopped scallions. Serve over
spaghetti or noodles or just eat with crackers.
