Cooking Preparation of the Recipe:
1/2 c Water
1/2 c White vinegar
1/2 c Sugar
1/2 ts Ginger -- minced
1 Garlic clove -- minced
1 tb Asian chili sauce
1/2 ts Sesame oil
1 1/2 ts Cilantro -- chopped
Place water, vinegar, sugar, ginger and garlic in a nonreactive
saucepan over low heat. Cook until sugar dissolves. Remove from
heat and add remaining ingredients.
