Cooking Preparation of the Recipe:
2 tb Butter
1 md Onion, diced
1 English cucumber, diced
3 c Chicken broth
2 c Plain yogurt
Salt pepper to taste
1/4 c Fresh mint, chopped
Saut? onion until golden. Stir in cucumber and cook 2 minutes. Add
chicken broth and cook covered for 15 minutes. Cool slightly and
pur?e in a blender. Chill. Stir in yogurt, mint, and salt pepper.
