Cooking Preparation of the Recipe:
1 c Butter or margarine
Softened
2/3 c Sugar
1 Egg
1 ts Vanilla
2 1/4 c Unsifted all purp.
Flour
1/3 c Unsweetened cocoa
1/2 ts Salt
Cream butter or margarine, sugar, egg and vanilla in large mixer bowl
until light and fluffy. Combine flour, cocoa and salt; gradually add
to creamed mixture.
Fill cookie press with dough. Press dough onto cool ungreased cookie
sheet. Bake at 350 for 5 to 7 minutes or until set. Remove from
cookie sheet; cool completely on wire rack. Makes about 4-1/2 dozen.
