Cooking Preparation of the Recipe:
4 c Eggnog 1/4 ts Grated nutmeg
4 c Cold strong coffee 1/4 c Kahlua (optional)
1/2 c Sugar, or to taste
GARNISH: 1/2 cup shaved bittersweet and white chocolate, nutmeg
Mix together the eggnog, coffee, sugar and nutmeg. Blend in blender
and serve with additional nutmeg on top, or garnish. Makes about 8
cups.
