2 c. flour
2 c. water (add food coloring to
water)
1 c. salt
2 tsp. cream of tartar
2 tbsp. oil
Cooking Preparation of the Recipe:
Stir all ingredients together in a pot or skillet. Next cook over low heat about 5 minutes until it pulls away from sides and forms a "lump". Cool and its ready for play!
