Cooking Preparation of the Recipe:

6 sl Lean bacon 3/4 ts Salt
1 c Milk 1/2 ts Chili powder
2 17 oz. cans of cream style 1 c Coarsley grated cheddar
Corn Cheese
3 Hot dog buns 4 oz Sliced mushrooms, drained

Fry bacon until lightly crisp. Drain of paper towel and break into
bits. Cook and drain more slices for garnish. Mix bits with milk and
corn. Break 3 hot dog buns and rub between hands to make medium fine
crumbs (about 2 cups firmly packed). Stir in corn mixture with salt,
chili powder, cheddar cheese and drained mushrooms. Mix well and
bake, uncovered, in 7 to 8 cup casserole at 350 degrees for 50
minutes till puffy and creamy soft. Add garnish last 10 minutes of
