Cooking Preparation of the Recipe:
1/2 c Sour cream
1 tb Vinegar
1 tb Minced green onion
1 tb Sugar
1 ts Salt
1/8 ts Pepper
4 c Cooked sliced beets
Stir sour cream, vinegar, onion, sugar, salt and pepper together.
Pour over beets in saucepan. Heat (slowly because of sour cream)
