1 c Beef stock
1 c Ketchup
8 oz Tomato sauce
1 Clove garlic -- minced
1 c Water
1 tb Red chili powder
1 ts Pepper
1/2 ts Cloves, ground
1 c Vinegar
1 Juice
3 lg Onion -- diced
1/2 c Brown sugar -- firmly
Packed
1 tb Liquid Bar-B-Que Smoke®
2 ts Sugar
1 1/2 ts Salt
Lemon
Mix all of the ingredients together, blending well and simmer at
least 1 hour , but longer is better. Serve on roast, ribs, steak or
beefburgers. leftovers can be frozen.
