Cooking Preparation of the Recipe:
1 c Minced scallions -Dash tabasco
1 Clove garlic, crushed 1 lb Crambeat, flaked
1/2 c Butter 2 pk Frozen chopped spinach(10
1 tb Grated Parmesan -oz), cooked and drained
-Salt and pepper to taste
Saute scallion and garlic in butter; remove from pan. Combine with
remaining ingredients; mix well. Place in chafing dish; serve hot with
crackers or party bread
