1 lb Ground beef, extra lean Oz
1 c Chopped celery 1/2 ts Salt
1 c Chopped onion 1/4 ts Chili powder
1 cn Tomato soup, condensed -- 10 1 ds Hot pepper sauce
3/4 Oz 8 ea Hamburger buns -- split
Undiluted Toasted
1 cn Cranberry sauce -- jellied 8
In a skillet, cook beef, celery and onion until meat is brown and
vegetables are tender. Drain. Stir in soup, cranberry sauce, salt,
chili powder and hot pepper sauce. Simmer, uncovered about 30
minutes, stirring occasionally. Spoon into buns. Yield: 8 servings.
