1 cn (16oz0 no salt added creamed 3 lb (to 4) chicken, cut in eight
Corn Pieces
1 bn Green onions, chopped 1 ts Poultry seasoning
1 c Skim milk Paprika
1 Egg white Whole wheat bread crumbs
2 tb Flour
Preheat oven to 350F. Mix corn, onions, milk, egg white and flour.
Pour into a 13 X 9" baking dish. Lay chicken on top and sprinkle with
poultry seasoning and paprika. Sprinkle with bread crumbs and bake
until chicken is tender, about 1 hour 20 minutes.
Variation: For color, add some pimento strips.
