3 Water packed artichokes, 1 ts Low sodium soy sauce
Rinsed and chopped 1/2 c Lowfat buttermilk
1 cl Garlic, minced 1/4 ts Dillweed
2 Green onions, white part
Blend all ingredients in blender until smooth. store in refrigerator.
