Cooking Preparation of the Recipe:
4 Cucumbers
1 c Boiling water
3/4 c Sour cream
1/4 c Lemon juice
3 tb Minced dill
1 1/2 ts Salt
1/8 ts Pepper
1 ts Sugar
Peel the cucumbers and slice very thin. Pour the boiling water over
them and let stand for 5 minutes. Drain and plunge into ice water.
Drain again. Mix together the sour cream, lemon juice, dill, salt,
pepper and sugar. Pour over the cucumbers, tossing until well mixed.
Chill for 30 minutes before servin
