4 tb Lightly toasted pine nuts
1 tb White wine
2 tb Freshly grated parmesan

1/2 lb Unsalted butter, softened

BASIL-GARLIC-PARMESAN-BUTTER To make each sauce, mix all the
ingredients together well. Melt to serve.
