Cooking Preparation of the Recipe:

1/3 c Wish-Bone Italian Dressing 1 tb Dill weed, fresh, snipped
1 lb Chicken breasts, boneless, (Optional)
-cut into strips 1 ts Lemon juice
4 c Assorted fresh vegetables 1 ts Dijon mustard
1/2 c Green onions, coarsely 1/8 ts Pepper
-chopped

In large skillet, heat Italian dressing and brown chicken over
medium-high heat, stirring occasionally, 5 minutes. Add Assorted
Fresh Vegetables and green onions and cook, stirring occasionally, 5
minutes or until chicken is done and vegetables are crisp-tender.
Add remaining ingredients and heat through.

Notes: Assorted Fresh Vegetables: Use any combination of the
following to equal 4 cups - sliced zucchini, yellow squash, carrots,
red, yellow, or green peppers.
