1 Chicken -- about 4 lbs
1 Whole orange
1/2 c Fresh unstrained orange
Juice
1 ts Salt
1 ts Pepper
1 ts Ground ginger
4 -6 tablespoons liquid honey
1/2 c Red or white wine
Place chicken in roasting pan breast side down, place a whole orange
inside the chicken. Combine the juice, salt, pepper and ginger and
pour the mxture over. Roast uncovered at 350 for 1/2 an hour. Remove
from the oven, turn it over and smear it with honey. Return to oven.

breast seems to be browning to quickly, cover it with foil. baste it

serving.
