Cooking Preparation of the Recipe:
1 c Papaya 2 c Vanilla frozen yogurt
1/2 c Guava 1 1/2 c Lowfat milk
1/2 c Kiwi -reduced cholesterol
Remove the pulp from the papayas, guavas and kiwi. Place the fruit
in a freezer-safe bowl, cover and freeze. Once frozen, place the
fruit in a blender and process until smooth. Add the frozen yogurt
and milk and process just until smooth. Serve in dessert glasses.
