1/3 c Butter 1 ts Vanilla or
1 c Confectioner's sugar 2 tb Cognac or rum

1/3 cup of butter until soft. Add, a little at a time, 1 cup
confectioners' sugar and either 1 tsp of vanilla or 2 Tbs cognac or
rum, stirring until smooth. Serve cold with steamed puddings or on
apple pie.
