Cooking Preparation of the Recipe:
2 c Milk 1 c Coconut; flaked or shredded
1/4 c Butter 3/4 c Sugar
1 1/2 ts Vanilla 1/2 c Bisquick
4 Eggs
Heat oven to 350F. Grease pie plate, 9x1 1/4" or 10x 1/2". Place all
ingredients in blender container. Cover and blend on High 15 seconds.
Pour into plate. Bake till knife inserted in centre comes out clean,
50 to 55 minutes; cool.
