Cooking Preparation of the Recipe:
6 md Potatoes, peeled and cubed 2 t Dill weed
1/2 c Milk 1 T Dried minced onion
1 c Sour cream (8 oz.) 3/4 t Seasoned salt
2 T Minced fresh dill OR
In a saucepan, cover potatoes with water; cook until very tender.
Drain; mash with milk. Stir in remaining ingredients. Serves 6-8.
