1 ts MINT EXTRACT 1 1/3 c SUGAR
Mix and press into bottom 1/4 c CORNSTARCH
-and sides of 10-inch 1 ts VANILLA
-springform 6 JUMBO EGGS, shelled and
Pan. -warmed in microwave for 30
FILLING Seconds.
32 oz CREAM CHEESE, unwrapped and 1/2 c HEAVY CREAM
