Cooking Preparation of the Recipe:
16 sl Bread
1 lb Ham
8 Thick slices of Old English
Cheese
Arrange 8 slices of bread in a buttered pan then add ham, then
cheese, then 8 slices of bread. Beat 7 eggs along with 1 1/2
teaspoons of dry mustard, 1 teaspoon salt, scant 3 cups of milk and
pour over all. Refrigerate overnight.
Topping: 3 cups Corn flakes, crushed 1 stick of margarine
Drizzle over all and bake at 300 degrees for 1 hour. Randy Rigg
