See below ingredients and instructions of the recipe
1/2 lb Cooked shrimp 2 Greek olives, finely
1/4 c Chopped, toasted almonds -chopped
1 tb Freshly grated ginger -Salt and pepper to taste
1/4 ts Curry powder 1 Lemon, cut into wedges for
1 Clove garlic, crushed -garnish
1 tb Fresh lemon juice -Whole Greek olives for
2 tb Finely chopped parsley -garnish
2 tb Melted butter
Puree all ingredients, form into a loaf and refrigerate for 12 hours.
When ready to serve, place loaf on serving dish. Garnish with lemon
wedges and olives. Serve with crackers or pita bread.
