See below ingredients and instructions of the recipe
6 md -size Potatoes; pared sliced 1/4 ts Pepper;
1 lg Onion; chopped (1 cup) 3 1/2 c Milk;
6 tb Or 3/4 stick butter; -=OR=- 2 cn (7-oz) tuna; flaked drained
6 ts Or 3/4 stick margarine; 1 c Cut green beans; -=OR=-
6 tb Flour; 1 pk Frozen green beans;
1 1/4 ts Salt;
Partially boil potatoes approximately 10 minutes, drain. Saute onion
in butter or margarine until soft in medium-size saucepan. Stir in
flour, salt and pepper; cook, stirring constantly until bubbly. Stir
in milk. Continue cooking and stirring sauce thickens or boils one
minute. Layer 1/3 potatoes, tuna and beans and sauce into 10 cup
baking dish. Repeat ot make 2 more layers of each. Cover. Bake 45
minutes or until bubbly hot at 350 degrees. (want to try Spam)
