6 cloves garlic
1 1/2 lb. lg. shrimp
1 tbsp. butter
3 tbsp. oil
Salt pepper
1 tbsp. lemon juice
2 tbsp. chopped fresh parsley
Mince garlic. Shell and devein shrimp, leaving tails on. In large frying pan, melt the butter in the oil over medium high heat. Add shrimp and cook, stirring occasionally until just cooked through, about 5 minutes. Stir in the garlic and cook about 30 seconds. Remove from heat and add 1/2 teaspoon salt, 1/4 teaspoon pepper, lemon juice and parsley. Toss until shrimp are coated. Serve immediately.
