Cooking Preparation of the Recipe:
1 Nabisco Oreo Pie Crust -whipped
1 cn Eagle Brand (reg or light) Sweetened condenced milk
10 dr Green food coloring 1 1/2 ts Peppermint extract
2 c Whipping cream, or Topping
In large mixer bowl, combine Eagle Brand, peppermint extract, and, if
desired, food coloring. Fold in whipped cream. Turn into crust;
cover. Freeze 6 hours or until firm. Garnish as desired.
