2 c STOVE TOP Chicken Flavor 1/2 c Shredded mozzarella cheese
-Flexible Serving Stuffing 1 md Onion,chopped
-Mix 1 Egg,slightly beaten
1 Jar brown gravy (12 oz) 2 Garlic cloves,crushed
1/2 lb Ground beef 4 Peppers,any color
1 sm Green pepper,chopped
1. Heat oven to 375'F.
2. Mix all ingredients, except whole peppers, in large bowl. Cut
peppers lengthwise; remove seeds. Spoon stuffing mixture into pepper
halves. Place in baking pan; cover. Bake 50 minutes. Remove cover and
bake 10 minutes longer.
NOTE: For 2 servings, use 1 egg.
