Cooking Preparation of the Recipe:

1/2 c (1 stick) butter -into strips
1 Onion, sliced 2 10-oz packages frozen
2 tb Chopped fresh basil OR -chopped spinach, thawed,
1 1/2 tb Dried, crumbled -squeezed dry
2 Garlic cloves, minced Salt and pepper
1/2 tb Dried red pepper flakes 8 oz Fettuccine, freshly cooked
1 lb Boneless chicken breast 2 c Grated Parmesan
-halves, skinned and cut 1 1/2 tb Orange juice

Melt butter in heavy large skillet over medium heat. Add onion and
next 3 ingredients and cook until onion is soft, about 7 minutes. Add
chicken and saute until cooked through, stirring frequently, about 10
minutes. Mix in spinach. Season with salt and pepper. Place pasta in
bowl. Add chicken and spinach. Sprinkle with Parmesan. Toss
thoroughly. Drizzle with orange juice and serve.
