2 md Tomatoes, sliced 1/2-inch 1 1/2 ts Salt
Thick 3 c Water
2 md Green peppers, cut into 1 1/2 lb Fish, cut into 1 1/2-inch
Rings 1/4-inch wide Slices
4 oz Onion, cut into thin slices 1/3 c Watercress, chopped
In saucepan combine tomatoes, green peppers, onion, salt and water and
bring to a boil. Add fish and cook 5 to 8 minutes, or until fish is
tender. Add watercress, heat 1 minute and serve at once. *From Weight
