Cooking Preparation of the Recipe:

1 c Egg Beaters 2 ea Tb liquid Butter Buds
1/3 c Skim ilk 10 ea Sl white bread (Wonder
1 t Ground cinnamon -fatfree)
1 t Vanilla l Maple syrup

In a shallow pan or bowl, combine Egg Beaters, milk, cinnamon and
vanilla. In a nonstick skillet over medium heat in liquid Butter
Buds, place the pieces of bread that have been dipped in Egg Beaters
mixture. Brown 3 minutes on each side. Add more liquid Butter Buds if
needed. Serve with lite maple syrup. Per serving: 112 cal., 0g fat
