Cooking Preparation of the Recipe:
1 lb Jellied cranberry sauce 3 tb Lemon juice
1 c Heavy cream, whipped 3 oz Cream cheese, whipped
1/4 c Mayonnaise 1/4 c Sifted confectioners sugar
1 c Chopped walnuts
Crush cranberry sauce with fork. Add lemon juice. Pour into paper
cups or refrigerator tray. Combine remaining ingredients and spread
over cranberry mixture. Freeze firm. Unmold on crisp lettuce. Randy
