2 c Cooked brown rice*; heated 1 md Apple; chopped (or other
1 c Plain, nonfat yogurt; -fruit of choice)
1 tb Honey or brown sugar; 3 tb Raisins;
1 ts Cinnamon;
*Delicious idea for using leftover rice
Combine rice, yogurt, honey or brown sugar, and cinnamon in a bowl.
Stir in chopped apple and raisins and reheat.
